SURFING AT SEAFORD SECONDARY COLLEGE

Based on the Fleurieu Peninsula’s Mid Coast, it was inevitable Seaford Secondary College would develop a strong surfing tradition and over the years we have featured strongly at all levels of surfing competition state wide and nationally. Since opening in 1996 at least one Seaford student has represented SA at every annual National Junior Surfing title. Many of our students have gone on to win the State Open Surfing title and former surf team member Dion Atkinson has competed successfully on the ASP World Qualifying Circuit. Over the course of the year our surfers are involved in a range of activities.
