18th November – Yr6 Parent Information Evening 6pm
Our Parent Information Evening is being held this Tuesday, 18 November 2025 commencing at 6.00pm in the school’s Performing Arts Centre. On the night you will have the opportunity to meet the principal and head of middle school, receive general information about the transition process and have the opportunity to ask any important questions that you might have.
To enable a smooth transition for your child to our school, we have a transition program from now until Term 1, 2026. It will include the following:
- Orientation Day will be held on Friday, 5 December 2025 from 9.00am – 2.55pm when the students will spend the day in their 2026 Care Group and attend classes. Students are to wear their current school uniform and make their own arrangements to and from Seaford Secondary College. Students are to enter school through the gates and meet on the college green in front of student services
- Week 1, 2025 commences on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 for Year 7 students. Year 8, 9 and 10 students will commence on the following day to support additional transition and staff support for our new Year 7 students. This will be a transition week for Year 7 students.
- Parent/caregivers acquaintance evening will be held during Week 2 of Term 1 on Wednesday, 4 February 2026
- Year 7 students will have an excursion in Week 5, 2026 to Woodhouse Activity Centre. The cost will be approximately $50.00.
